The Group, established on August 4^th, 2006, consists of four subsidiary companies, which are Henan Weilai Aluminum Industry (Group) Co. Ltd, Weilai (Jiaozuo) Aluminum Industry Co. Ltd, Henan Weilai Aluminum Industry (Group) Trading Co. Ltd and Henan Weilai Aluminum Industry (Group) Logistics Co. Ltd. The Group covers an area of 460,000 square meters and the Group’s registered capital and general assets are 0.15 billion RMB and 0.685 billion RMB respectively. Now the Group has 1650 staff members, among which are 410 technicians and experts. In 2003, the Group obtained the ISO9000 certificate of conformity of quality system certification and ISO14000 certificate of conformity of environmental management system certification. It has consecutively won the titles of “outstanding private enterprise”, “key protected private enterprise” and “good tax payment enterprise” of Jiaozuo City in year 2004, 2005 and 2006. It was honored as one of “the eighteen key enterprises” of Jiaozuo City and “enterprise of commercial integrity” in 2006. The appraisal of the group in 2007 by Consumer Association and the Administration of Industry and Commerce of Jiaozuo City was that it claimed the titles: “enterprise of commercial integrity” and “outstanding enterprise with rapid development”.

      In 2008, the Group will have a producing capacity of 130,000 tons of AIF3 and 100,000 tons of AI(OH)3 and it can realize an 1-billion-RMB output value and 0.195-billion-RMB profit and tax payment approximately. It is estimated that in the following three years, through its own development and investment, merger and purchase, the Group will be capable of producing 350,000 tons of dry-process AIF3, 400,000 tons of AI(OH)3, 500,000 tons of fluorite floatation and 500,000 tons of sulphuric acid, the total sale will exceed 5 billion RMB. The Group will become a first class high-tech enterprise group in the field both at home and abroad in such aspects as capital and asset, business scope, profit and competition.
